Been doing this for about 3½(regional) years and still like it, primarily milk. During slow season branch out for a little bit. You might find me out loading one or two occasionally

I got lucky. Actually got a parking spot at the flying j in Edinburg, Tx this time of night.

Do any of you guys work for or know anything about LCL bulk transport? They have been blowing up craigslist in my area, don't know if that is a good or bad thing.
-
I worked for them for about a month back in Feb. I was based outta E-Town Pa. Not a bad gig, They were getting alot of new trucks when I was there. Volvos I believe. All chocolate loads, cocoa butter, that sort of thing. Anything speciffic you want to know about them?
-
well, the ad states 55-65k a year and 5-7 days out for regional. just wondering how true this is?
-
Where do you live? They are always hiring down in Morristown, IN for Morristown Express...same company as LCL.
-
new jersey. i don't really plan on applying yet, waiting to hear back from these local jobs i applied for and i figured this might be a good alternative to doing otr if they get regional drivers home for the weekend.
-
They will work with ya! I was gonna be out 2 weeks, but when i was leaving, they said every week. I live on Long Island and i was going to bobtail from OJ's tank wash in Kearny NJ. They have local pay set-up when you do NY, NJ, or PA shuttle runs, drop&hook that sort of Things.

Whiskey is the only way to go. Mostly drop and hook, good pay and the occasional heel that's left. On the other end of the spectrum I really hate molasses.
