45,000 lbs. in a reefer? Dang driver, you MUST have been right on the edge of 80,000?
Does GOE have local drivers to deliver that load right down the road at Nasty-Finch, or did you get to?

Lol, yeah she was a heavy one, but my Volvo (Bubba) handled it very well, and yes it went straight to Nasty Finch for a drop and hook. Bubba did really well pulling those rolling hills in the might MO, and from what I understand from one of the old hands, our Volvo's pull Cali hills pretty good too. Love that 12 speed auto, kick back and let the truck do all the work.
I gave Bubba a bath last week, so now the pearly whites are shiny, and his aluminum shoes are shiny as well, I use no brightner, only citrus on my aluminum. -
Anything new in your "day to day" experiences?

Ok, we heard about the loads but what about the pay? How many years as a driver did you have before you started? I also live in Omaha and am currently in trucking school
-
Do they take recent grads?

You guys might as well ask this guy: http://www.thetruckersreport.com/truckingindustryforum/members/thejrodtest.164357/ your questions instead. It appears as though CompanyB has lost interest in a thread that he himself started. LOL!

Now that I get home more often, I've gotten busy with other things, grand kids, hanging out with the buddies, learning computer repair, ect, that now I don't have a lot of time for the thread, so I come here every so often now, some drivers live on this board, I don't.

Well I am currently in Peculiar MO at the fine F/J, have a beverage load that I was not able to drop on Friday, so now I have to wait until Monday, no matter, with Verizon wifi, movies, kindle books, ect I will have plenty to do.
Loving my Volvo VN 730, lots of space, nice ride, good power, man just can't beat it. -
No, I believe you need 1 yr experience.
