raw broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots, grapes, and blueberries are quick easy snacks. Bananas take a beating in a truck, but are still great. I have seen the little crockpots for trucks. It would be easy to make a healthy stew. Use vinegar mixed with water to clean out your dishes/flatware.

    Completely agree.
It's pathetic how cheap stock truck sleepers are made.
Factories should have way better options as you suggested. Heck, even after all these years of high priced fuel, there still isn't a factory installed APU option available.

Having a small water tank and sink would be very useful...kinda like volvo has but a better built setup.

I'll drink to that with all the rubbish they put in our foods nothing beats a strict water and veg diet. Its just that we all love our treats to much.

I have an inverter that i can plug into cig outlet or hook straight to battery. Go ac and just hook her up 125w cig or 750w direct

Except you do realize that any decent blender is going to pull more than 150w?

Trying to run an electrical device on less will shorten the life of the device for one, and can cause issues inside the truck. Especially these newer trucks which run on computers.

In theory I have the option to buy a larger inverter, and each morning hook it to the jumpstart posts inside the engine. But being a company driver, should they find a larger than allowed inverter inside my truck then that is grounds for termination.

So, I'm looking at the 12v options.

Anything 150w or under is going to be a hand-blender, and they often function better as mixers since there is no umph behind the motor.
