There is also the trailer damage part, we are liable for any and all damages while it's on our possession. Including blow outs.
New IC contract. What do you think?

I cant find anywhere in the contract where it says you HAVE to move a trailer.
And if they say they will fine us for not doing it what is the fine? There wasnt a dollar amount set in the contract nor was there an explanation on what it would be. Because of that not being set I don't see how they could fine us?ICwife Thanks this. -
The trailer is not ours. They can't make us liable for something we have no legal right or insurance for. We don't pay trailer insurance. That is their responsibilityBoy Howdey, ICwife and drvrtech77 Thank this.

Yeah I went back and re read the contract. But it also says normal wear and tear is expected.

Basically what they are saying is if the blow out is because you curbed it or dropped the ta95 or ta95 trailer off a cliff, you're going to be responsible for the cost of that repair.

250 repositioning fee.ie trailer move (repositioning trailer from 1 customer to the next) I'm not saying with 100%certainty but with such vague language and no definition of repositioning?
Tombstone Thanks this. -
Or if you drive over 60 mph cause their trailer tires are speed rated at 60 mph. anything faster and they blow apart!!!
-
I'm surprised some of the TA9 series trailers don't rattle apart into pieces over 60mph.

So THAT's the noise I keep hearing back there.
