Lets turn this around a bit,suppose your wife was getting trained by a male trainer and he had horny intentions and all the company did was sit back and let it happen,how you that make you feel?

Let me try to understand your point of view: myself, I own a Company, I hire and train my people to preform their jobs safely. I have an employee whom is eroding their moral:

a), by either being a bully,
b), repeated unwanted sexual advances or
c), committing a criminal offense on another employee.

R U Stating I'm unempowered and will have to sit with idle hands while you assault another of my employees. your wrong...
