Its closer to our house so we can take care of buisness without being too far away. JJ will be out one the road and i still have my ebay buisness to run. So i can go to school and still take care of my ebay store.

We're working with Tyler. He seems fairly sharp but is avoiding my questions on the strength tests.

Just remember to keep your back straight and lift with your legs.

Take a old milk create with 35 lbs lift it up 36" and put it on a shelf don't bend your back at all or you start over then back to the floor . Do the same with 55 lbs and then with 75 lbs. This done 3 times per weight or 9 times total. Next you lift the same create with 35 lbs from that shelf to a shelf about 60" off the floor and back do that 3 times then again with 55 lbs 3 more times.

Second you take the create with 55 lbs and walk about 50 feet and then with 75 lbs for the same 50 feet as if you were walking the length of a trailer and your heart rate is checked each time you lift that create. Then it's a push pressure test and a pull test again heart rate is checked.
Thats it for the well fit test just don't bend your back spread your legs apart more and use your legs to lift thats what they want to see they don't want a hurt back claim. The rest is easy lots of paper work most of all don't lie they call everyone on your app. They are short on trainers as well as trucks so it might take some time for both we have guys going home for 4 days while they look for a truck.
They will check your heart rate as well as your blood pressure each time you do something as well. All in all it's not hard JUST DON'T BEND YOUR BACK AT ALL USE YOUR LEGS.

((I'm an old broad so dunno where I'll be able to go with this))
