Sorry for the long time to respond,, UPDATE!!!!!!!
Well I have bought my own truck and I'm running containers out of Wilmington N.C port. my insurance is through the roof 10k a year but that will drop to $5800 a yr next November.I just wanted to thank everyone for the great advice.I couldn't wait the 3 yr to start driving again for a company so I dove in head first,With a little bit of brains and common sense being a O/O can be done and can be profitable.$ 2500 to 3000 a week all drop and hook.My biggest advice is get with a broker that is there to make you money and make themselves money,You cant be a lazy truck driver and expect to make money. In my down time I enrolled in business classes and it has payed off :}..
My story is probably different then most seeing that the X got everything in the divorce and I filed for bankruptcy
All I had left was my 401 and my profit sharing with no bills to pay (thanks MOM).
And RDA2581 when I left MDI there rehire is 10yr after a dui.Great company though if anyone is around the hickory N,C area (at least it was, things can change.)
And again thanks everyone for the encouraging words and the great advice.

    Shaggy and S M D Thank this.
