So i can understand that you choose driving! :) without cigarettes we drive 10, 11 hours ... the way law is made.... no reason to kill anyone including yourself.... and if you are tiered 4 hours driving is ok too!

I think smoking vapor is a little better, but not all the way since you're still releasing some sort of smoke to the general public.

Latest study that came out 2 days ago:

    http://www.theguardian.com/society/2015/aug/19/public-health-england-e-cigarettes-safer-than-smoking

Also if I may with vaping you only release in the air VG vapours (which are te exact same thing as a smoke machine in a dsico) and nicotine. Now please do not think that a nonsmoker does not touch nicotine. In fact it can be also extracted and is present in tomatoes and egg plants. Concentration though way smaller than tobacco leafs.

A study I read somewhere showed the concentration of nicotine in the blood for smokers, vapers and people who chew tobacco.

I am no science guru but from the graph I understood that it takes 20 minutes vaping compared to 3 minutes smoking in order to get the same nicotine blood concentration. My personal opinion is that the lungs will act different to the compounds found in the cigarette smoke which is obtained by partially burning tobacco. Probably the hemoglobin (agent that carries the Oxigen and Carbon Dioxide in your body) links to unstable unstable carbon monoxide molecules which can attract all other compounds.

Vape is probably way much stable, since it is only heated. Of course there is vaping and vaping. Vaping a regular NJoy cigarette that you can buy in a truck-stop at mostly 1W is not the same as vaping at 100W or more a real pipe can output.

Personally I vape at 25W and I use very small nicotine concentration (about 4%). In fact I dilute E-juice bought from truckstops in VG that I get from wallmart.

Even at 25W I feel a big difference in my day to day life compared to smoking cigarettes. At 25W or more I suspect that the juice, as well as the cotton used in coils will burn a little and release some bad molecules but, personal opinion, nowhere as close to a cigarette!

Now a funny link: VAPING AT 400W

I tried using the ecigs and it worked for a while. I am using the patch right now. I have given up cigs, alcohol, coffee, sugar, and salt. Why???? Because my blood pressure has gone up. Made a total diet change as well. If I hadn't needed to get my tooth pulled I wouldn't have known my BP was that bad. It was a major wakeup call for me.

I guess you are not a truck driver. If your BP was high you would have known it at first medical :). I have to follow your example! My medical is due in 2 months and I am at 140/95.... :(

I also know that pain, infection, and lack of sleep will also cause blood pressure to go up. I was suffering from all of this when I went in to have that tooth pulled. It just made me very aware that it was higher than my norm. Even if it was caused by those symptoms I still need to take the necessary precautions to keep it from happening again. I will keep a check on it to see giving up all that stuff has helped, if not I will see the doctor.
