This should have been posted in the support thread.
You should have also gotten an E-Mail with the tracking number. RM is not responsible for the shipper which is UPS and how they deliver it. If you know the tracking number I need that also.

Mark, not to yank your chain but I read into the first post from the OP that RM sent him a return label and if I assume that correctly, then the loss is on RM, not the OP seeing he has no claim that can be generated by it - meaning he didn't pay for the shipping, the people who paid for the shipping has to make the claim.
If I'm wrong, sorry I assumed it. -
It should be on RM because warranty is legal binding and after shipping, RM has the responsibility to make sure timely service is done.
