Where is the incentive to run if you make 110 per day no matter what?
Seems like a terrible system

 

I agree with Crossword. What possible incentive would there be to run hard when they cap your daily pay. That sounds counterproductive to me. But what do I know . I guess I'm not a company bean counter type. Never have been able to figure that ridiculous salary program out !

 

You have to have 1 year exp. to even start at K&B

 

.32/mile is crap

 

They dont even get that anymore.

 

So if I run 600 miles I get paid approximately 18 cents per mile. Where do I sign up....

 

When I called the other day, they said I'd be starting out .38/mile, which isn't bad

 

38 cents/mile. Oh did they discover their new pay scale wasn't working? This is sure a confusing thread to follow!!

 

I was just told that they do not have that daily pay anymore? My recruiter just told me
