I don't know about any of that. I just work here. Good pay, easy work. I leave all the speculation to outsiders who know better.

Whatever floats your boat. Im just saying if you want to work for a company out of that area. There are a lot of better choices. Hence why they can't, and never could, even before the Abe ordeal keep drivers.truckon Thanks this.

The only thing I can find that may be over $26-$29/hr starting pay is WalMart but I don't think I'm golden enough for them. I'm already in the top 15% but if you got some super leads - do share.mwc1576 said: ↑Whatever floats your boat. Im just saying if you want to work for a company out of that area. Well first off. How do you figure 60cpm according to there Website they start at 44 cpm and top out at 50cpm?
-
Plus you probably work at least 70 hours a week. (really you work 168 ) But lets just say you work 60 for sake of arguing at 2500 miles a week at .44cpm that's 18.34 a hour. If you count every hour your responsible for the load, truck equipment, etc you only make 6.55 an hour.

They start at 45cpm for newbs with 7 months experience. Not everyone is working for cpm.mwc1576 said: ↑Well first off. How do you figure 60cpm according to there Website they start at 44 cpm and top out at 50cpm?Click to expand...
I am on salary. miles divided by pay equals about 60cpm. -
I work 40 to 45 hrs/week. Sometimes less. Pay divided by hours averages right around $28/hr for me.mwc1576 said: ↑Plus you probably work at least 70 hours a week. You don't have to speculate or guess. I started the thread to answer questions. -
Thats just playing with numbers. They guarantee everyone 2500 miles a week so even at top pay that's only 1250. divided by a 60 hour work week is still only 20 bucks an hour.
