Who to avoid, who is the best?

I one day want my own authority and eagle offer the best deal for me getting experience. Eagle give you a truck and a trailer and there authority to use and a list of brokers. For somebody that want to one day get there own aluthority this is a dream come true. Because basically you are on the same playing field as the guys out there that got there own authority. If you just want some extra money and a typical l/p program go to forward air where you got a dispatcher. If you one day want your own authority eagle is the perfect place for you.

If you think your credit sucks now, become a O/O. If you aren't awesome money managers, you will be bankrupt in no time owning a truck. Sorry for the bad news, I'm sure you'll go ahead with getting a truck because most drivers think they are different then the average driver. Problem is the industry doesn't provide enough money training. And they can't because if they did your husband wouldn't turn a mile. You don't pick to run just step or just flat. It's a mixture and depending on the commodity or shipper you may need to swap trailers.
