As Pablo says it's a Swiss knife made in China. Universal tools is universal. In shop I have to use mechanic got universal diagnostic computer from Canada company. He was happy as a child on Christmas morning. Everything wireless, fancy interface, Cummins,Detroit, Paccar, CAT . When it came time to change turbo on ISX he call me. Because his laptop can't. 10,000 bucks wasted.
Tools like this can easily guide you in the trouble same as truckers GPS.

IMO, DPA5 + ESA would be twice cheaper, but for ECAS and EBS u have to use Wabco tool

No, I have genue tool.

Chenese appeared later, but IMO,it is a good copy of previouse version. So u can use it.

I did reverce engeneering of old Volvo Adapter. My friend redesigned it and we have improved copy now. We did it becouse new Volvo Adapters ignore old pre EGR engines.

 

I paid $800 and got new nexiq 2 usb link... reads everything and not Chinese . the best adapter today.
