This worst thing to do to clean with pressure water!!it helps for while but later your dpf will be gone!instead of paying to bake it and proper way, now will have to replace ithilliard Thanks this.

Sad thing was it was the company maintenance manager that told us to do it. Instead of buying the proper gear to do the job or sending it out to get done, they'd rather half-### it and spend more in the long run.hilliard Thanks this.

Maybe he doesn't know. Just sayin.
Hillard glad to hear you found the problem. Easier to see in the light of day. Like others said. Thread lock/sealant put it together and use it that way. If its building enough air fast enough everything is fine. Just one more thing to check for a while.hilliard Thanks this. -
Oh he knew everything. We used to call him God behind his back lol.

Will buy a new unloader to be on safe side. Thanks again everyone.
Would putting the white plumbers sealant tape work? -
I've used that on pipe threads. Works just fine. I prefer the non-hardening ptfe paste myself though.
hilliard Thanks this. -
If it is threaded just use Teflon tape to make it stick better.
