    Anybody vets take advantage of this? How long did it take the VA to pay you? Was it retroactive back to your first day on the job? Thanks.

    Not funny ... IEDs killed a lot of guys in my sons unit ... he tried truck driving, but had to give it up ... his survival instincts were kicking in hard and he was seeing IEDs everywhere.

    Theres really no way to answer that. Im sorry I upset anyone, but tragedy is a part of life. I wasn't targeting anyone, just making a general observation. Could get political on this, but gonna pass.

    It's been a while but I think it was about 3 or 4 months and yes they do back pay.
