Just checking. I was working on one with the same issue with the fuel gauge that goes past full with the low fuel light on, but it's in for a ac issue and engine shutdown issue.

Thought maybe it was more than just a crazy coincidence.

Before you spend a bunch more time chasing it , disconnect the main battery hot lead (tallest post ) for about 15 minutes . It will force the body control module to reboot and it is amazing how often it fixes Prostar electrical gremlins .

Driver tank read 16.28 ohms about 1/4 of tank,
Right side full. Did you find gauge schematic ? I'm
Glad to see I'm not only one with said problem.
    Just have to keep looking

Aye, If it says ACTIVE 0 then your good, The International software keeps the codes stored even if insite erases them, So ignore anything that says prev active it will disappear with time.

The display will also show codes ACTIVE if there is a active code even if NO check engine light is on. It shows codes for everything from Cab, Trans and Engine.

Update on fuel gauge: plugged in 150 ohm resistors
In both tank harness plugs, gauge went to3/4 and
Low fuel light went off. I then removed resistor
From driver Side harness and plugged harness
Into driver side tank, turned key on and gauge read 1/4
Tank. That is approximately what is in tank. The passenger
Side is full. I removed resistor and plugged back into passenger side tank and turned key on and low fuel light
Came on and gauge pegged out. I'm going to replace
Tank sending unit tomorrow when part comes in.
    I will post results

    Fajo Thanks this.

Hello devedo, I narrowed gauge problem down
To right side (Passanger side) fuel sending unit.
Changed it and all is back to normal for now,lol
Maybe this can narrow down problem with truck
Your working on ? Thanks for help
