Orientation in Green Bay, 2/4/14?

No idea. Since we run mostly regional, and the tractor in question goes across scales in Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois also, my best guess would be that it applies in at least those states also.

 

Today's goal was to do absolutely nothing, and I failed. Cooked breakfast AND dinner (well, made the tamales warm enough to eat and nuked some Velveeta & Rotel for dip/sauce), folded 3 loads of laundry, and finished a bottle of Godiva Caramel Liqueur. Played video games while Himself watched a couple of movies on the new tv (55" curved LED thing we got for each other for Christmas. And by "each other", I mean so he could watch it and I don't have to listen to the whining about the 42" tv from the camper anymore).

So far, I'm liking the new gig pretty well. Pay is good, and consistent, and if they say they're going to do something, they do. What I dislike is the weather, super singles and only having a single drive axle. And that's pretty much all of it. Little Bit runs and pulls great, when she has traction. I lose very little speed going uphill when loaded, unlike the Brat who forced me to downshift repeatedly, and loaded =>79,000 lbs. Refineries/storage facilities and customers are all glad to see us, if they're there at all. Not dealing with customers is a huge bonus, if you ask me. Holiday pay, training pay, detention as an hourly rate, get paid hourly if I have to wait on dispatch...it's hard to complain.

 

Still like my new gig most days. Running storage and butane kinda stinks, and this summer was slow; actually almost looking forward to cooler weather so we're back to strictly retail....
