I think I need to slow down a little. Have already ran 26k miles for the quarter and this month is almost halfway done. But that's ok. I just keep telling myself I will be home for each of the holidays the next three months.

Already got plans for that bonus also. I'm going to build the kids their own computer as their "Santa Clause" gift. Just gonna pile the boxes of parts together with a note from Santa saying he didn't know how to put it together. They will both be excited of having a computer, but my son will love the fact he will get to assemble it (with my help of course).

Hi there I have question my husband is set to leave on the 18th for JCT orientation is there any advice for or again the decision to go with them. I am wondering because i have read some awful things and some great things about them looking for the perspective of folks currently leasing with them how has the experience been.

When and how do they pay the bonus? Ive been here about a month and so far it's going good, other than some trailers need to be retired, the miles are definitely here if you want to run. This is not my first lease but is by far going to be the best. Now if I can just get my hands on one of those dt12 FTL.

The requirements are a minimum of 30k miles in the quarter and no tickets, accidents, and I think no failed inspections. The bonus will be paid at the end of the following month. So, this quarter bonus will be paid at the end of October.

    JTT Thanks this.

I myself am happy here. The miles are here if you want them. Every company has it BS and this one is no different. It's just a matter of what BS you can make work for you.

well that is good i have found it pretty difficult to find newer reviews don't want to make a choices based on the opinions of 5 years ago this industry changes fast bad companies get better and good companies get worse its about the present we have leased before but it was not a lease purchase so it is a big step for us i say us but really its him out there i just manage him from home i don't want to be put in poor house trying help him achieve his goals but our situation doesn't allow conventional purchase of a rig i just know he needs to be in control and be able to have the freedom to make choices for himself not worried about the otr i have always maintained the secret to a long lasting marriage is spend as little time together as possible lol i just need some reassurance i suppose that this isn't going to bury us i have seen what leases can do to people that dont pay attention to what being charged also hows the shop are they good or are they shady

I have found them to be honest on the pay. The one time there was a mistake I had the option of getting it on an EFS check or added to the next settlement.

Each Friday around 10am central you get a message on the Qualcomm with the list of trips to be paid. On Wednesday around 0830 central your settlement is ready to view. And then the next morning it is direct deposited into you bank account.

In my third year here with no plans to leave. If they upped the base pay $0.10 this would be an ideal place.

You're not a company driver here. Make your own decisions, drive yourself hard and you (he) will make decent money (notice I said decent, not killer. Just Carrying Tyson, aka JCT, needs to pass on an extra $0.10. )
