Hey, if they can't give us Quiznos or Jimi John's and include some tasty sides - clearly they have no respect for us as professionals. We got plain potato chips and with one meal, no cookie!
I mean, it seems they are thinking, "it's the end of orientation, we got 'em hooked so why not go cheap"?
Certainly, I want justice for this poor treatment but I decided to be the bigger man and just let it go.

I have always wondered why a major selling point for TMC is the trucks which are very nice yet very governed. If I decide to buy a truck one day I may get one from TMC. Same issue with Stevens Transport

 

I agree,TMC has beautiful trks as well as trailers.

 

No surprise with just another mega cheap freight company.
Another thing...I tell every new person to the industry that unless you can drive to orientation and it is somewhat close...do not even bother going to that company because should one for whatever reason not be able to finish that these companies will always throw you to the wolves. Plus it's easier to get your truck back to them when you quit because anyone with half a brain will drop these outfits after six months to a year of experience.

 

That's what I did with every company I ever drove for . I drove my own car there. When I was ready to quit, I loaded my car and hit the road.
