Edwardsville - DTS loads are starting already

 

still at the house, been under a load since last Thursday. Just booked a load to Carrollton, TX. Wanted to see all the hoopla about TX. This will be my second time this year in TX. Last time I went to TX I went broke. lol. just going to stretch my legs this week.

 

Note to self, seek a spot far away from the bullhaulers and upwind to boot!!!!!

Nice cool night and I cant use the window screens for the "natural" odor wafting across the lot.

Little bit of a hazmat situation here at the J in this town above where I deliver to tomorrow. Doesnt look all that dangerous, no PPE being worn by the Hazmat squad doing cleanup. But whatever it was looked like it was leaking about midships on the drivers side? Couldnt see any placards either.

 

Arizona, just finished up a 2 hour late night hike through the desert. I found 2 Arizona Hairy Scorpions and 1 Arizona Bark Scorpion (deadliest scorpion in NA). So far in about 1 month I've found a total of 3 scorpions, 1 Tarantula, 1 Grants Hercules Beetle, 2 Desert Toads, 1 Sidewinder Rattlesnake, 1 Banded Gecko, 3 Hopi Rattlesnakes, and hundreds of lizards all in Arizona rest areas and truck stops.
