Oops my bad. I'm 102" wide. 48' long. Not sure how much front overhang I can get with this rig but if I could get 4' off the front and 4' off the back I think Ida been legal. It's rub rail to rub rail on the 3 points. Maybe an inch to spare.
I would have worked with them more to figure it out but the shipper didn't want to play with the load so it's not on me. I always try to let them get as much on me as they can and still be legal.

That bulk head and room to put on the drywall tarps requires me to leave 6"-8" open up front tends make me have a bit of overhang on loads that should fit just fine. -
That would require permits, but you wouldn't be able to as it would be a divisible load. -
I just rolled down 17 on the North side of Lake Superior. Yeah it's full of monster hills, or they seem that way in the dark! I don't run it very often.
Waiting for my 2nd pickup here now then I'll be putting the hammer down back into South-Western Ontario.
Thursday already... Where does the time go? Lol.Old Iron Thanks this. -
@old iron you were pretty specific about not posting the where and what's because of the TQL issue. I agree with what you said.
I'm gonna leave this one up especially for the TQL folk.
This is a load you quoted and had the customer strung out for a week on. And then dropped the ball because you only lined up trucks that couldn't scale any weight.
So I swooped in and saved the day. And apparently I charge twice the price you quoted. No wonder everyone complains about your cheap freight!
Step your game up, and bring your rates up. -
My second pickup.

If I moved back to the northeast I'd be tempted to try to make a living running semi local with a rig like that. -
@truckon I got this setup for some specific work. The high flat and stepdeck cover a lot of work: sometimes this is the equipment needed for the job. And when it is, I'm there.
Wish it had a little bunk. & bigger toolboxes. I'll be getting bigger boxes on it when I shrink the fuel tanks down. -
Loaded a laser cutter this morning for a friend. Only going 30 miles north. I think the tarp job should make it that far.
skootertrashr6 and Dye Guardian Thank this.
