    Based on the terrain you can easily rule out PA. The lack of a third lane rules out WV. I think mile 17 is in the middle of Binghamton so NY is out. Virginia is a good guess.

    Yeah it was either tn or va lol

    I usually don't have problem in tn on 81 va is kinda the default answer. Think I've only had one trip through there in months that there wasn't something stupid backing up traffic in several places
