05 Intl 9400 CAT c13 won't start

    Disconnected all of them. They read between 5.2 and 7.0 individually. I didn't leave anything on that I wouldn't usually. My apu is set to come on if voltage gets below 11.8. It never came on.

    I put everything back together and it took a jump and started. Now my apu doesn't work. No power to display. Checked fuses and they are good. Checked breaker on generator and its good.
