If Swift "picked up" $5000 of their $7500 CR England contract it just means they're going to owe Swift $5000 and CR England $2500 because I don't think CR England is just going to "forgive" $2500 on a contract, and you can bet Swift isn't going to make that $5000 they gave to CR just disappear.

The four guys
I am sure they will have to sign a contract with Swift for the 5K. They are better off than they were yesterday sitting in a motel with no trainers. -
Hey Double07,please keep us updated how you're doing at Swift.

I will do that. A lot rides on my road test. I am concerned because I have not stepped foot in a truck for 11 years.

Being a former cr england slave yea they have a hard time getting people trained. I had to wait 5 days for my trainer. Of the 30 drivers who graduated in my class only I finished my 6 month contract. Most live in states where they cannot garnish your wages and left when figured it out.. only 10%of cr england students stay more than a year

Not in cre defense... Sounds like there's more trainees then trainers. . What company has more trainer's than trainees ?
A wait may be part of itDave_in_AZ and horsecrazychic22 Thank this. -
It's a training mill, they spam them in making money from the government for training and paying new drivers .25 c per mile. Win win for them.

That is low no doubt

I was a trainer for Central Ref 3 years ago. I put a resume out looking for a part time or weekend job I could do while continuing my Brokerage business and I got a call from a CR England Recruiter asking if I wanted to be a trainer for them. Guaranteed $1200/wk with an average trainer pay of $1600. I was a little surprised, because I have been running box truck during the week and heavy haul on the weekends. They could not wait to get me a ticket on greyhound to SLC for training. Monday Orientation, T-Wed Trainer training, Thurs move into the truck, Friday roll out with a student. They were surprised when I asked if I could get a load home to stock the truck before picking up a student. I am not too interested in taking all my tools and gear on the greyhound bus.

They're from Arkansas, which is probably why they're going down to Tennessee.
