    Trucking companies that are either down the street or around the corner from one another are Pride, CR England, Central Refrigerated . Take your pick they all will screw over you one way or another.

    I haven't been screwed yet by Central. Well, I did once and it was my fault. Me running solo owner operator, i'd say my $1,077 check I got today is pretty decent with all my expenses taken out of it. I did like my $2,300 check i got 3 weeks ago! If your not a runner, then don't join Central. They treat slouches like, well slouches.

    Well, since you want to talk numbers, I am an O/O running a flatbed and I'm bringing in over $2,500. a week with just a little over 25,000 lb. loads. How heavy are those reefer loads you carrying??? 40K plus? What kind of wear n tear is that putting on your truck? Not to mention your fuel cost? I'm 1 of them old boys you see in the truck stops b4 6 pm getting a good nites sleep every nite. You'll never make this kind of money or pull these kind of loads running and I do mean running 4 Central. I can tell when a Central driver is n tha house by tha weary way they are wonderin' about or by their blood shot eyes. Sleep tight,,,n quik........:biggrin_25514:
