    I just quit Crst I went through their school and was an truck training, but was sitting more than I was training. My question is can I go to another company.

    Thing to do is ask a recruiter.I know some companies if not most of them will not hire while under a contract with another motor carrier.So you'll need to get that paid off otherwise this will be on your dac until you do.

    In some states, contracts like this (non compete) are not enforcable and are generally a scare tactic. But like @pattyj said, it will probaly go on your DAC

    I heard that some company schools dont give you your graduation certificate (160hrs) until you pay off the loan.
