I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

They had their truck inspection set up on the rest area on 390nb today. Just a heads up that they may pull a double shift, lol

 

I almost met up with the PackRat last year but he had to chase after a load about an hour before I got to the truckstop.

Anyway, just about to hit the sack here at the TA in Greencastle, PA.

 

Haha! I haven't been in Chicago for a minute. I'll be back Friday night or Saturday morning. A friend's boy is getting hitched on Saturday afternoon, so I'd like to be there for him.

Prolly take Mon off so I can get some front end work done. Kenworth in indy wanted around 2500 for the parts. Place I know in Rockford will sell em just under 1500. Kind of a no brainer

 

Imho.....i run buffalo outta pa thru woods....but once in NY on 390......take exit 6 ny 36(1st exit n of TA) sonyea/mt Morris....follow 36n....to ny 63 w(one lil left right jag on 20a....jus follow 36signs)63 will run you into Batavia NY...pick up rt 5 into Buffalo...no tolls&you miss both NYS....traps on 390....

 

Hey, I noticed that they are doing something at the old North East Truck Stop at the junction of US20/I90 in PA.

 

I was checking on Google the neighborhood where I'll be picking up tomorrow and I found this picture...



I am glad that's not my customer's place...



But considering the CH Robinson loads that we normally get and the places we go... it's possible that one day I may have to back to a dock like that... Which freaks me out... cause I have almost no practice doing that...
But I am still puzzle about the shipper I'll be going tomorrow... Couldn't see the docks... what I saw if off the street and it doesn't look very spacious... Shall see...

 

Don't get me started on those ########.

 

Oh yeah... Maybe I need some teaching from you all experienced drivers...
