Averaging 585 miles per day is not realistic, unless you have a 3,000 mile load that is drop and hook on both ends.
Those are few, and far between.

I don't need to assess anything.
I run the miles I want to run.

College Place WA. I started the day with a live load at AmeriCold in Miliwauke OR. They took 3 hours to load my reefer, and then off I went to my DC. I had 3400 miles since last Thursday, and got offered a short 180 miler to finish. Greed set in, and I took it. My 14 started at 8:00, I didn't get out of the Portland area until 1400, and thanks to farm equipment, didn't get back to drop and hook til 1800. By the time I hit my final drop, I only had 40 min left on my 14, so this 180 miles goes on next weeks check.

I've ran solo for a few weeks, but tomorrow I pick up a student. He has 91 hours, and 5 years prior expo, so hopefully he picks it up quick. Tonight's my last night of good sleep lol.

Still in medication transition hell, the vertigo returned today along with tingling in my tongue when I turn my head now. It doesn't help me to be off of medical hold when I still can't function.

Sitting here in St. Charles. Was sent a pplan for another Neely's this morning with a delivery to Moorehead, KY for Friday and that was not going to work. Already know that there is nothing coming out of there on a Friday in that neck of the woods so they sent me one to pick up here. I did not read it correct thinking that pick up was today. Nope. It is morning. They did say that the load was ready and where going to load me today and still waiting. The load has to be validated before can load. It is going to Woodland, PA for Saturday now and who knows what coming out. Had a long talk with my DM this afternoon and he knows that I am PO'ed. I had that one to Temple, TX for tomorrow and stacked back to Ohio for another 1200 miles so would have ended the week before home time with almost 2200 miles. Now will be lucky to get 1500 miles. Edwardsville planners and their games. Thinking about going flat bed after talked to a friend out of PHX then found out that I would have to run out of Gary. Have heard horror stories about the DM there for the flatbed division.

    Burnsville, MN on home time.

It sure is nice to be home again. Our new place feels like being in a very nice hotel.
I've got the whole weekend off; coming back to work Monday.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised. Company trucks not moving costs the company money. Lease trucks don't.

London, OH. Keyboard punch monkeys strike again. I have 300 miles until final and a PTA of 1330 tomorrow. Get a pplan to pick up at 1400 180 miles away and a high value load that has to be 200 miles before stopping. Somehow that math does not add up. Send in a counter offer and removed. Preloaded trailer going to Target, a drop on Sunday. Guess that bobtailing home after dropping and start to look at want ads. This is getting very old every time I try to come home in Ohio. MAC 30 showed me one dh 125 miles and then 300 miles to Syracuse and another dh 130 miles and take and deliver 300 miles by Monday morning and then DH 150 miles home. This is becoming the new norm.

Glad to see that I'm not the only driver saying this. Driver support from all ends has gone down the tubes.

It really bugs me how all these csr's and dm's have written "vote for me on the Ingauge App". Who really gives a rats ### about the app? It does absolutely no good for anyone.

Getting pm done in New Braunfels. On my way to Cincinnati from Laredo. Get unloaded Monday morning. Then get reloaded with a command hazmat load for Houston. It actually pays pretty good for a command load. This will give me good miles for Wednesday morning with time left for a short run.

Nah! I change my mind. I'll just start on next week. That video about the plus 1 cracked me up and I'm not helping out their beliefs. I'd rather get a 1000 mile run that pays the next week rather than a 300 mile, heavy live unload for a few more dollars this week. And then turn around and wait for another prep lan. If they got one.

There whole plus 1 is superficial as long as you don't live paycheck to paycheck.
