I'm upgrading

After what @texasbbqbest went through when he got to upgrade early I would be calling and writing to several people to confirm that they realize you dont have all the miles.

Happy for you, but this sounds like prime are just being upgraded at random. This pisses me off.

 

I can't make this post out. Can you break this down and provide some proof of this. I've heard this is the case, buy have not seen an update to the website or anything in black and white.

OP congrats. Keep every piece of paper they give you when you upgrade including any solo trip stuff.

I just got ####ed by Prime when I was told to upgrade then I was called back and told I was never supposed to upgrade because I wS short miles.

This whole thing is costing me about $3800 in lost wages and equipment they made me purchase that I now have to turn in or store.

Hopefully I get reimbursed for most but I don't count on it. I will be speaking to Robert Low directly.if I can. He says he has an open door policy. We will see.
