Phildo, the next time your cruise quits hit the brakes pretty hard to slow about 5 mph in a short distance. Then proceed as normal. Should work then.

I don't understand how it effects it but it's what I have to do when mine quits working. Doesn't happen very often, but that's how I was told to get it to work & it does it.

Get your PM work done at one of the OC's. You'll save a ton of money, the only thing is you'll need to book an appointment in advance. Give em a call.
Just plan your routing thru. I allow about 4 hrs.
