No joke. I'm in the front row, right next to the grass. One of the benefits of pretty much being done this early

 

They don't seem to be as concerned about it as California is, especially when they can write up a four wheeler for 90 in a 55 on the Tri State.

 

Everyone asks that about Swiftys....my answer:

 

Taking my 30 at the rest area just before the Grapevine. I took CA 138 from I 15 to I 5 through Palmdale for a change of pace. It was nice not having to deal with all the Los Angeles area traffic. Not sure I saved much time due to the 1,000 traffic signals before you hit the 14.

 

No volvos for me. If I can help it.

Usually the only time I see them mess with anyone through there is if traffic is light and they're out there or if they're stupid enough to run the far left lane.

When traffic is thick I'll get out there in a second to advance my position but always duck back in soon as I can.

You folks can have that Ca ####. Too far out that way for me lol
