This company has a major problem, they are overly sensitive when it comes to their safety scores. They have this policy about reporting any traffic ticket that you may have receive no matter what it is for even if it was issued in your personal vehicle and then once you do report it to them even before you go to court or it goes on your driving record they will terminate you. That's how much they care about their drivers. Don't say that I didn't warn you.

Hi your 100% right not a driver friendly company at all and they will give you a bad recommendation to another company about you in a minute.

 

Not a driver friendly company.Real hard people to deal with dispatch was not really interested in getting you anywhere near home or there for any length of time. Hi mike and randy

 

I run out of Waxahachie and have had none of the problems at all. I'm not saying it isn't true that it doesn't happen at our terminal. Any problems I have are immediately taken care of. It makes me wonder how much is driver problem. No company wants cry baby pain in the rear drivers.

 

Of course! Any good company will be very sensitive to their safety scores. You must be one of those drivers, that cause the rest of us good drivers to get stopped, because you don't care about your csa scores. Here at Coal City Cob, WE DON'T WANT BAD DRIVERS..... AND... NO company can report your ticket only D.O.T... You by federal law have to report your ticket to your company. Get your facts straight before getting on here...

Hi, Steven! Surprised you still keep bashing, since you haven't been with the company since 2010.... Before you keep making remarks, make sure you get your facts straight. There is no such thing as perfect dispatch. If you can't do your job, then you will have problems....

 

well when Bob wanted me to run Joliet I'll to Kansaa City Mo steady and I live in Eau Claire Wi and asked how i was gonna get home time and he said that was my problem. I told him i t wasn't gonna work and left the truck right where I got it and u bash me when I put a application in for a new job 5 years later I got a problem with that.
