    The latest news I have is that a final ruling was supposed to set in September of this year. Though that may not be accurate and I am not sure what is the current status of this. Anyone else know?

    Nothing concrete. Everyone will have two years after mandate to become compliant, so plenty of time to prepare...or ruling to be reversed.

    Ok then another question, aside from log books what about the record of fill ups including receipts. Does that have to be physically stored or can be stored electronically?
