Post flatbed load photos here V2.0

Looks like I'll be taking this load on a couple hours of 'unnamed' roads! 1,100km North to get to those roads first though!

 

First time I've seen straps on a scissor lift.

 

They're just extra, not doing a whole lot. Not much for anchor points on that thing, I have 3 chains close to the base.

 

Sometimes it does... I was out hunting one day and I came home and was cleaning my muzzle loader when my daughter walked in with her new boyfriend.... I could not have scripted that any better. Still in my camo coveralls and all. I just looked up and said "Your Late!"

Funny to see the look on his face.

 

Funny story. I don't think that your daughter sounds Braindead. You see lots of girls, throwing their lives away to follow some stupid boy around. Half the waitresses on 2nd shift, half the lizards, half the strippers are in the predicament they're in because they left the roost to follow some imbecile. It's like, out of all the guys out there, she has a thing for bums and losers. I was in a restaurant near oilfield territory, had a cute little waitress whose "man" hadn't had a job in 3 years. I asked her, "Out of all these guys here working in the oilfields, single, with pockets full of money, you find the only guy around that doesn't have a pot to piss in to date."

She said, "I don't need a man to support me."

I said," HE CANT SUPPORT HIMSELF! He's NOT a Man!"

Geeez, if kicking a girl in the arse would help them think, I would sell my truck and have special rocket powered shoes made.

 

I need to set the record straight but not that it really matters. She is not my daughter. I worked with her mother years ago and she took a liking to me. Her dad is a real drip and wasn't interested in her. Now she's getting grown up and spends alot of weekends at our place. She's always been interested in doing whatever it is that I'm into at the time.

It's funny because there are people around town that have called her my daughter for years. It doesn't even phase her any more.

I'm very lucky to have her around.
