I tell you what... My first experience shopping at Meijer a couple months ago was unreal, I didn't know anything was out there like this....

Went to Costco with my mother on Sunday...Wow How is Sams club still around?

Got to thinking... I've hauled for both...

Put a Meijer and a Costco next to each other and say BYE BYE to Wal-Mart an Sams

You actually can find someone not ghetto and without an attitude working at both...

Worried about packing up items from Costco? No worries they pack them for you :3some:

That may be. But it would be a step up for the majority of drivers in America who are not on this forum.

Costco does a fine job. I used to have a membership there as well as Sams( don't tell that guy who earlier in the thread said we can't shop anywhere but WalMart), but decided didn't need both as they both carry basically the same items. All I can say is , I haven't seen any of our stores closing( at least in the region I work in) for lack of business. When that happens, I guess I'll find something else to do.

Don't forget the gem of the west, Fred Meyer. I love Fred Meyer. The quality, the employees, love it. I love Costco too, don't get me wrong. And Winco beats Walmart prices constantly. Now on the road, I don't have much choice other than Walmart, but there are less and less walmarts that allow truck parking (hey, I get it) but for those that think Walmart is the be all end all, they really do pale in comparison to their competition.

And I totally stand behind what I said as for driving for them. They're a micromanaging mega carrier who happens to have ok pay (until the dictators there figure out how to put the kibash on that). I know there's a ton of Walmart people here, they love it, swear by it and think they're the all American star. They're not. But that's the way I think. Open your eyes to what they've done to America and American business and most importantly, the American worker. If we paid attention, there'd be a revolution against them.
