I've gotten nothing but laughs from you all.

And to be perfectly honest, nobody else said you were wrong. Even me.

Oh my...

You know, apples are supposed to wake a person up better than coffee does. (I know...blasphemy.)

Thing is, caffeine isn't really something that'll keep you awake or wake you up. It's a stimulant. It's why some actually have jitters after drinking coffee. All stimulants really do is dilate (enlarge) the blood vessels in the body to increase blood flow.

Apples work, though some will argue otherwise, better than coffee because unlike coffee, apples provide calories, sugar and basic nutrients that your body needs in the morning.

That's everyone's fun fact for the day!

Parked at my backhaul... Gotta eat lunch, and hope they'll load me before they go to lunch. I won't complain if they wait until after though. Human needs are human needs. It's jcp's doing for scheduling me during their lunch hour.

Supposed to head to Raleigh tomorrow, but I have a sneaky suspicion I'm not going to be able to do it. I'll trip plan prior to my lunch... Gives folks in the office time to replace the load.

 

So far watched at least 3 trucks who can't back very well in a straight line and one taking off who clearly didn't pre trip because she has a burned out DRL/signal lamp on her Classic XL.

 

In a highly unrelated incident...

Where I parked last night at the Hess, a prime truck was next to me. Some of you all would've liked the person parked next to me. She was a cutie.

No. I didn't get pictures... I also didn't do what Packrat would've done either.

I had 2 TIGHT backs so far today. Food Lion in Salisbury... Only about 6" between trailer doors once they are open. Course my spot had trailers parked in front of me to make it extra special... And at Sysco it looked like this:

Turning a relatively easy spot into a hard jackknife into the spot.....
Got both of them though.......without any trouble....

 

And there weren't insurance companies and lawyers to sue the hell out of your business then either.
