Average profit margin in this business is 7 percent. Not much is it?

You would really be doing yourself a huge favor by getting in the seat for a year or two to get to know the business. Even for the simple fact that you would understand what you're driver is communicating to you while he's out on the road and you will understand what he's dealing with. Otherwise it could make for a ####ty boss on your end.

You will not profit just owning one truck and having one driver run it. If you can find a good, solid and reliable team to run hard for you then you might start to earn some coin. But just one driver, probably not going to see much profit. It's going to be more headaches than it's worth.

Paet that gets me, is they call themselves a businessman, yet thet want evetyone to hand them the answers. I have been fortunate enough to know some very successful business people, and the last thing thet did was expect anything from anyone. They went and dug for the info they needed.
