    We got trailer tails, wheel covers and those under trailer side things to improve efficiency. Now the next newly graduated pencil pusher puke is gonna figure out that by airing up tires with helium, you can get five more pounds of freight on the trailer, saving the company ungodly sums of money.

    Not rare at all, one of the most abundant elements in the universe. A cost effective manner in which to extract it might be rare. Ideas like mining the moon come to mind
