Me too. It was USA, not Swift, and every time I see it, I remember how glad I am that it wasn't me.

 

Theres a video I've been trying to find to show the people here..A Swifty...Drives the wrong way up an exit ramp, and does a u-turn onto the interstate.

 

Sounds like you've got a harsh inner critic. Just tell him to shut up lol.

In all seriousness you just gotta stop being so hard on yourself. That inner critic can be a good thing if it pushes you to become better. Just don't get discouraged. Rome wasn't built in a day.

 

We all had to learn sometime.

Just don't do it around me.

Bad Driver Questionnaire :

1. Have you ever rolled your truck?
2. Have you ever had an accident, DOT reportable or otherwise, due to circumstances that were within your control?
3. Have you failed to deliver a load on time?

If you answered "Yes" to any of the above then you are probably a bad driver. If you answered "No" to all of them then you're doing fine.

 

Then you suck. Get out of the truck now.






Stop trying to compare yourself to everyone else. Give yourself time to adjust to what you're doing. If you do it safe, that's all that matters.

 

You have 3 months experience. Thats not enough to learn how to drive. Remember the majority of the people you probably see passing you by have 1-40 years experience. I didnt really start feeling confident until about the 8th month mark.
