When I was hauling OJ back in the 1990's, the only way you got a Driving job at Oakley was if someone die or retired. They have one of the highest turn over rates in the tankers field now. SO WHY???

 

The only bold lies are coming from the great management, and they did tell me the company paid for passport and twic
I was told just pay the tolls and turn them in you get reimbursed. $400.00 plus I never got reimbursed. You would think buying all those new trucks they would put good mattresses in them. Not cheap foam if you want a good one they sell it to you

 

There are many company's that do.the point IS tell people up front, what they will have to pay for!!!

 

Piss poor management.these are all things that could be fix very easy, If someone would listen..

 

I had a 90 plus % rate of on time pu &del. Have very good MVR. Oakley management put bull on my dac. Can't understand how these clowns keep there jobs. Tom Oakley needs to look around.Maybe call some of the recent pass drivers and ask why they left.

 

Not so anymore, then there's his side kick Rob the two have run it in the ground.

 

The only way you get change is to speak up. its the lay back take it any way they want to put it to you people are the problem. Get a back bone.

 

If you feel your worth more than a dime, then go elsewhere. There reverting back to the 80s-90s, drivers are a dime a dozen. Oakley turn over rate is one of the highest in the tankers side of trucking. While there I made real good money( I do believe in working for a living). Just wasn't willing to put up with the lies and bull from the management.

 

Yes the truth hurts. All they need to do is listen, make some changes.

 

Ya the management doesn't give 2 s___s about the drivers. Are you like that Mr. Manager?
