Landstar didn't work for me either. Too many loads cancelling, way too many places where you get stuck with nothing but cheap freight where other load boards have better options, and too many agents not having a clue about trucking or the freight they're trying to get you to move. Having to pay to use their load board, to use the Qualcomm, and to Transflow paperwork seemed excessive to me too. Or at least I never experienced that before at other carriers.

Any Canadian flatbed guys running Landstar? Specifically Sask or Alberta.
Just wondering how the freight is in and out of Western Canada. I'd imagine there's more than what's posted on the broker board? -
I am going to go to orentation on Monday. As it is the weekend I cannot seem to find a person to ask about decals so I figured I would try here. Landstar sent me my decals and truck numbers. Do they have any requirements on where the decals have to go on the truck?

Just had a question , I'm just looking at the threads on landstar and was wondering if there are good van loads out of Maine to other new england areas and then other good ones coming back, maybe making a triangle, like Maine to nj to pa to Maine. I'm not an bco just wondering I have more time to clear up debt first before I make any decisions
