Chinese buying Texas oil fields.

My oldest daughter just moved to the Detroit area and her 2 older boys get an hour of Chinese in school every day. I guess it's better than Spanish, but my personal feeling is that learning other languages should be optional, not mandatory

 

The thought of Chinese drivers behind the wheel of a big truck scares the hell out of me, far more than anything else on the road but what are you gonna do. Maybe keep the cats and dogs indoors.

I think you should be more worried that a foreign entity is getting control of some of USA's oil supply.

 

Rightfully so, and legislation should be passed that NO foreign entity can buy our oil. But do politicians listen? No.
