Stepping away from the feet on the dash thread... (get it, stepping away from... I crack myself up!)

I saw at least 4 unfortunate souls on the side of the road yesterday and today between Cincinnati, Columbus, Chicago, and back to Columbus. NOT A ONE had a triangle more than 60' behind their unit and all of them were in a row down the white line. I give extra credit to the guy with the Chevy work truck pulling a Bobcat. He had his curved AND he set up the construction pylons next to his truck. Haven't seen the feet up on the dash yet, but being a rookie - I'm still watching my mirrors and the four-wheelers.

I had good practice putting them out last time over Esienhower on I-70. The last time I wasn't able to get my trailer completely out of the travel lane when the truck shut off. I grabbed my triangles as quickly as I could and as I was setting them out I had a couple of cars honk at me. I was flailing my arms trying to get them to move over so that they wouldn't hit my trailer. That was about as quick as I have ever put my triangles out and to tell you the truth I would prefer not to any more.
