Here at the pumpkin when you hook to a trailer it gives you the DVIR of the last driver who dropped it. Of course this one said no defects.

Now I can understand a low tire. May have had a slow air leak and when he dropped it was still inflated....but the tire with no tread??? No that's not acceptable.
