    Sarah was actually on top of things very quick to answer and very helpful. Now it's been 24 hours and still can't get a hold of them or answer back. A change in direction indeed.

    Yeah I think they got too big too fast, and are now consolidating their operation. My late dad went throught that with AT&T, they started to close plants and shift jobs to Denver, for him it was follow the job or retire, he retired.
