Work 6 months- Lease truck to company- Questions

Hello,
Has anyone heard of working for Six months out of the year as an Owner Operator, then leasing your truck to a company to be used by a company driver? This would be a cyclical arrangement with a company where I could return to my truck. I have another line of work I want to pursue, but I don't want to leave trucking permanently or leave my truck depreciating on the driveway. I understand the basic trade-offs and pitfalls such as an unknown company driver damaging my truck. Has anyone done this, or can give me some advice on how to position a business like this and arrange a fair shake with a company? Thanks for your time and please be respectful in your responses.
