    What happens when your new employer checks your references from former employers? Even if they don't use DAC they'll still call. They have to.

    My last company said I had 3 "preventable accidents". I know of only 2. Will 3 knock me out of future job consideration? Thanks

    Call DAC and contest that... If your previous company doesn't respond to DAC within 30 days its removed from your report...

    10 4, thanks,,,,I also ordered a DAC report this AM. Lady said it takes about 10 days to get it in mail. I guess I should hold off on applications then till I see whats on it? I know about the 3 Preventable Accident bull cause a company has already rejected me for that. Thx

    Lots of small mom and pop companies with less than 100 trucks would be the most likely choice.
