However.....there is usually a question on the application that says (clears throat) 'Have you ever failed or refused a drug test?'. At the bottom, in the fine print where you sign, it says (clears throat again) 'Any falsification of information in this application is grounds for termination'. You decide, bud

I don't care if people do drugs, cant say I never have but, knowing you are going to get tested why wouldn't you first go to Walgreens and get a home test to make sure you are clean? Pretty stupid... Your not the first either.

And if I was you, I would just apply and hope nothing comes up when they check into you pre-hire.

If you let companies know about it you more than likely wont be hired... Just think who wants to hire someone who has already failed a drug test but yet hasn't even had a trucking job yet?

I did that and passed the home test. i guess i shouldve mentioned that in the OP.

if i hadn't passed the home test, i wouldn't have taken the school test.

    thank you for the advice

Just be up front and honest.

I failed, took SAP, passed, got CDL, test me all you want, won't happen again.....

Eventually you will find someone willing to hire you.

also, i bought two different brands, just to be safe. passed them both. smh
