This man stood up for himself and I've read at least 10 posters here berating him as a liar or plain #$@king over a very very and did I say very poor company.
These companies are abusing the drivers of today!
Yeah there's a mutual advantage for both, BUT the driver is away from family, puts his life in danger not only behind the wheel but everytime he fills up, or walks through a dark parking lot.
He is liable for a number of crimes for being in the wrong place at the wrong time when a ###### decides to show his idiocy, and god forbid if anything is wrong with your paperwork or vehicle.
He stood up to a company for himself, he got tired of being treated like a POS and got away from it. Will the company miss him, hell no, because there's another person falling for their recruiting lies everyday. And to top it off, they receive subsidies for training or hiring another victim, and yes they are victims, but stand up for yourself and you open yourself to ridicule for co-workers, and you are his co-workers.
The industry has gotten so bad that people take their frustration with their employers out on each other, the drivers, when in fact you all should be standing up and with for each other and not let these companies abuse each other, make them be accountable.
We all know that knight is one of the worst companies to work for in a long list. But how do these companies even exist?

Go back and read this thread from the beginning.

The only way these companies will treat drivers with respect is when we start respecting each other and stand together.

All these big companies,run the same scam.
Hire anyone they can,see how many run for cheap.
They couldnt care less,about the drivers.
Try to stomach their bs,until you can buy your own truck.
Good job!
