can swift revoke license?

In Tn. when you renew you are given a paper copy to carry with you until your hard copy arrives in the mail,this is with any class license,not just a cdl.

 

Same in California....what he had was the paper "TEMP" in hand..

 

Iowa mailed mine and my wife's to her, about 8 years ago. It has something to do with enhanced security under a federal regulation being implemented.

 

You HAVE your CDL. Regardless of what you decide or what Swift threatens.

You don't need experience to get the hazmat endorsement, but you do need to do the fingerprint/background check deal through the TSA.

 

Get all endorsements including hazmat right now; don't wait or you may miss a good job opportunity.

 

What happened? All the bs and you didn't address that. Did you have an accident? Did you cause property damage? Did you do something you may be held financially or criminally responsible for? You gotta have a thick skin to do this. I hope your feelings didn't get hurt. Yea, I'm a d1ck but I DO this every day.

 

Short answer, NO! You turned all paper work into DMV, and have the paper temp, you will receive your permenant one in the mail, Swift can not revoke it, just a scare tactic to get you back to their company

 

Even if it is just a permit, they can not revoke it
